American Merchant Union. (A Non-Profit Organization.)
Developed By The American Merchant For The American Merchant.
We are the first ones to admit we are not large enough yet to have a impact on the way the credit card companies treat the average American Merchant (business). That is why we need your support. Together we can push back. We are a non-profit organization that believes that just because a customer calls their credit card company stating that they want there money back, even a year after their purchase, and without even returning the product they purchased, should that customer simply be given their money back.
Yet the credit card companies do give it back to them that easy and that quickly. If you are the merchant, (the company the customer bought from) then the money is removed right out of your account without notice. Again, that quick, that easy. Now in many cases, if you the merchant, and want to contest the charge back; the credit card companies are now charging you, the merchant, a huge fee of up to $500. dollars or more just to contest or present their side of the story. Fact: in some cases the credit card companies just facilitated fraud, allowing the customer to steal from you. Help give us the strength we need to fight back by joining the Non Profit American Merchants Union and show that we are not the only ones that believe that the credit card companies" policies toward the average American merchant are out of hand. There is never any charge for becoming and remaining a member. of the American Merchants Union. We are a Non Profit Organization. This organization is not about making money, it is about protecting the American Dream (The Small Business) and the people that run small businesses. We need to be able to push back. When you join the American Merchant Union, you will receive a wall certificate and a "Letter Of Notice" notifying your credit card company that you are a proud member of the American Merchant Union. We have found, that just by your credit card company learning you are a member, that they are less likely to treat you as if you have no rights.
The Credit Card Companies Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express have become larger than the US Government itself. They Write their own policies and follow their own laws.
Are You Tired Of Being Abused.?

Credit Card Companies Have All The Power
The power to freeze all of your recent merchant activity and more. For example, your company grosses $50,000 in sales for one week. You then discover that your credit card company or merchant company did not deposit any of these funds into your account; instead they have chosen to hold or freeze these funds for a minimum of six months. Well, here is the trick, there could be several reasons they have chosen to do this. However, they don't have to have any reason at all. They can simply say that they feel something is going on with your company. For example, you decide to cut back on your advertising and your overall sales go down slightly; Your merchant company has the power to simply take these funds hold them for a minimum of six months and say it is because they are concerned your company is in trouble, because your sales went down. Now if your company wasn't in trouble it is now.! You now have $50,000. in orders you have to fill and you do not have the money to fill them. Oh, by the way, the credit card companies will not return these funds to the customer either. That's right they did not give you the funds and they refuse to give it back to the customer or card holders. Now you are expected to fill these orders regardless. What happens if you do not have the $50,000. to cover these sales? The customer feels you have taken their money, although you never actually received it because the credit card company took it and again they will not give it back to the customer. So what happens now. A lot of damage to your company's image, your personal reputation, in addition to the damage, to morale of your company employees. Hard to believe I know, however, thousands and thousands of American companies have been put out of business from this action by the credit card companies. The American Merchant Union was just founded in 2011 however, we were able to confirm that over the past twelve months there has been over 54,000. companies put out of business from the direct actions of the credit card companies. It gets even worse, much worse. What if your company carried an average bank balance of say $250,000.00?. And one morning you woke up to find out not only did the credit card company freeze the $50,000., in gross sales for that week, in addition they also went into your business account and withdrew every penny, thats right you have a zero bank balance! If you had any check pending, even payroll checks, they are going to bounce. I know your thinking they can not do that.. (You're wrong. They Can, They Have and They Do.) Now, not only do you have to somehow come up with the $50,000. to fulfill the orders from the prior weeks' sales, in addition you have now have no way to pay your employees or suppliers. It gets even worse, when those customers do not get the product you charged their credit card for (and remember the credit card companies refuse to refund the customers their money) You can be criminally prosecuted. The circumstances I have described above has happened time and time again to American business owners, putting thousands of businesses "OUT OF BUSINESS". By the way, when the credit card company took all the gross sales and go into your bank account and take out all of the money, they have the right to hold it for a minimum of six months without paying you any interest or fees and if one of your previous customers processes a chargeback (say one that did not get their product because the credit card company took the money) then the credit card company gets to start the six month hold all over again from that date forward potentially allowing them to hold the money interest free for years. Meanwhile you and your business have been destroyed. Hard to believe this could happen, however, it is happening every single day to American Businesses. We need your help to fight back.
